Newcomers 3K FC Announce Arrival in the NSL in Style
3K FC announced their arrival in the National Super League in style, delivering a commanding 4-0 win against Kisumu All Stars at Moi Stadium, Kisumu, in a match played on Sunday.
New signing Oscar Juma stole the show with a sensational performance, becoming the first player to score a hat-trick in the 2024/25 season. The former Transfoc FC forward broke the deadlock just after the break, netting the opener in the 46th minute. He quickly followed up with a second goal in the 51st minute and sealed his hat-trick with an 82nd-minute strike.

Speaking after the match, 3K FC head coach Francis Chege expressed his delight with his team’s performance. “I’m so happy with the boys’ performance. Despite being a young squad, they showed great composure and won by a big margin against an experienced side,” said Chege.
At Serani Sports Complex, Duncan Odhiambo, the younger brother of Benson Omalla, scored twice to lead Nairobi United to a 2-1 victory over Mombasa Stars. Abdallah Abdulrahma grabbed a consolation goal for the hosts.

Elsewhere, at Vapor Sports Ground in Ngong, the match between Samwest Black Boots FC and SS Assad was called off after the hosts failed to provide a fully-equipped ambulance. The game was officially abandoned after a 45-minute wait.
