Coach Olago leaves KCB RFC
Coach Curtis Olago is set to depart at Kenya Commercial Bank Rugby Football Club (KCB RFC) upon the expiration of his contract.
Olago joined KCB RFC in 2008 as a player before transitioning to management in 2011 guiding the club to secure five Kenya cup titles, Two National series, five Great Rift 10s, and three Enterprise cup.
KCB RFC took to social media to announce the development.

We can confirm the departure of our head coach Curtis Olago, after the expiry of his contract on August 31, 2024. This marks the end of an era for the coach who has been at the helm since 2011.

Oliver Mang’eni will be in charge of the team for the new season.
KCB RFC Patron Japheth Achola said: “It’s a new dawn for the Club. We have complete faith in Oliver and believe his extensive experience and deep understanding of the club makes him the perfect candidate to lead the team at this important time.”
“We thank Olago for his service to the Club. He has been instrumental in positioning KCB Rugby as a top club in the local rugby scene and has played a pivotal role in the development of the sport in the country. We wish him all the very best in his future coaching career.” he added.
