AFC Leopards finally broke their winless streak against Bidco United, securing a hard-fought 1-0 victory in the FKF Premier League at Thika Stadium. This marked Ingwe’s first triumph over Bidco in four years.

After a goalless first half, new signing Sydney Lokale came off the bench in the 63rd minute to score the decisive goal. Leopards were eager to bounce back after suffering a 1-0 defeat to Posta Rangers in their previous match.

Lokale, a former Kariobangi Sharks forward, needed just 10 minutes to break the deadlock. He capitalised on a well-delivered cross from Ronald Sichenje on the left wing, timing his run perfectly to beat his marker and slot home a tap-in.

Substitute Stephen Etyang added the third goal in the second half, sealing a comprehensive victory. KCB now lead the standings with seven points, following a 0-0 draw with Kariobangi Sharks in their opener and a 2-0 win over Murang’a Seal.
