The 2024/25 FKF Division One season is set to begin on the weekend of September 28, 2024. A total of 16 matches are scheduled for matchday one across Zone A and Zone B.

In Zone A, last season’s third-place finishers, Equity FC, will start their campaign with an away fixture against Dandora Youth at Dandora Stadium. Equity’s primary goal for this season is securing promotion to the National Super League.

In Nyeri, newly promoted Marafiki FC will take on Kibra United, who narrowly avoided relegation last season, at Kinunga Stadium. Meanwhile, fellow newcomers FC Dynamo will face Kajiado FC, a side relegated from the National Super League, at Mkapa Stadium in Kitui.

In Zone B, debutants Gucha Stars will travel to Bungoma to face Bungoma Superstars. Last season’s third-placed team, Compel FC, will take on Kiminini Combined FC at Ndura Complex in Kitale.

History will be made as Hillside FC becomes the first team from Turkana County to compete in FKF Division One. They will host Vegpro FC at Nakwamekwi Primary Ground. Zoo FC will clash with St Joseph’s Youth at Green Stadium, Kericho.
