South African outfit Stellenbosch Football Club has confirmed the signing of Kenyan international defender Brian Onyango on a free transfer.

Onyango, who brings a wealth of experience to the team, has previously played over 200 matches in South African football, with notable stints at Mamelodi Sundowns, Maritzburg United, and Santos.

The 30-year-old defender is expected to strengthen Stellenbosch’s defensive line as the club prepares for both domestic and continental challenges.

“Brian is a player who has enjoyed great success during his career and we are looking forward to adding his experience and winning mentality to our squad,” said Stellenbosch F.C. CEO Rob Benadie,
